What do you get when you cross a high quality silicone dildo and some roll-y, shaking Kegel balls? The Bouncer, of course! The Bouncer from Fun Factory might seem fairly simple on the outside, but it contains a great secret that sets it apart from others dildos. Instead of being made of solid silicone, the bulges house three balls that each have a moving inner core. These balls shake and roll around inside the dildo, creating a unique sensation that’s usually found in Kegel balls (though Fun Factory is certainly expanding that).
The Bouncer is as versatile as it is unique, which definitely adds to the appeal. The base of the toy makes it safe to use anally, keeps it secure in a harness, and grips flat surfaces. Though it doesn’t have a suction cup, it does stick to clean, smooth surfaces so long as the dildo is standing upright. It will stick to the wall, but it’s not strong enough to remain in place for long.
Externally, the Bouncer is made from silicone which is a body safe, non-porous, latex free, and phthalate free material. The inner balls are likely made just like the Fun Factory Smartballs, which are ABS plastic. For this reason, I would stick to cleaning it with soap and water or sterilize with a 10% bleach solution.
The surface of the silicone is matte and requires a lot of water-based lube to remain slick during use. This is true for many of the products Fun Factory releases (there’s just something about their silicone that seems to require extra lubricant). Additionally, it’s also a complete lint magnet, so be sure to wash the dildo before and after use. Fortunately, the silicone itself isn’t textured, so it’s easy to clean and keeps your attention on the sensation of the balls. The design itself provides extra stimulation with the bulges, which certainly holds your interest, but it might be too much for some.
The Bouncer is quite firm, which makes sense because of the inner balls, but it’s also flexible. It’s not floppy, but does flex with only a small amount of force. It still provides adequate G-spot (and I would assume Prostate) pressure, but not as much as a completely stiff toy would. The upward curve plays a big part in that.
The shape of this dildo isn’t extremely unique, but it’s definitely a good product to break up a collection of mostly straight toys. The curved tip and bulges help connect with your internal pleasure areas, which is great, but the main focus is on the inner moving balls. Each thrust makes them roll back and forth, seeming to wake up your senses and make everything feel that much more sensitive. It’s almost like each thrust provides double the stimulation because of the additional movement within the dildo. It’s definitely a unique sensation, but if you don’t enjoy vigorous thrusting, you might find the movement to be a little lacking.
The size of the Bouncer is pretty average, perhaps leaning slightly to the larger side of things. It will likely be too much for those who aren’t used to penetration (especially when you consider the shape), but should hold a girth lover’s attention. The full length of the dildo is 7 1/2″ with approximately 6 1/2″ of insertable length. The girth ranges from 4 1/4″ between the bulges to 5″ in circumference around them. Though there isn’t a huge difference between each of the balls, it’s enough to make the dildo feel a little larger than it actually is.
The Bouncer arrives in a cardboard box that’s standard for Fun Factory products. The dildo is resting inside a copper colored box with a sleeve around it. The sleeve features images of the dildo along with text that gives away what the product is. The sleeve can be disposed of to make the package look more discreet, but the inner box doesn’t stay closed well without it. It also comes with a little information booklet, but doesn’t include a storage pouch or anything else.
When Fun Factory released the B Balls, I was curious about them. Having only experienced Kegel exercisers with this inner moving ball, I couldn’t help but wonder how it would feel. However, I’m not the biggest fan of butt toys, so I left that curiosity untouched. When I discovered they created a dildo with the same features, I knew I would finally have that curiosity satisfied.
In my hands, it felt just like my Kegel balls do, though much heavier because of the extra silicone that makes up the dildo. I was surprised by the size, in a good way, because I imagined it would be a little smaller. So, first impressions were really positive and I was excited to check it out.
After washing the dildo, I set it on the counter while I dried my hands. When I went to pick it up, I found that it was firmly stuck to the smooth surface. This was really impressive to me considering it lacks a suction cup. I decided to go around and test other surfaces as well. It works well on tile, hardwood, and other smooth flooring, but is a little funny against the wall. The weight of the dildo prevents it from staying in place for longer than 15-30 seconds. So, you can certainly straddle and ride it, but it doesn’t preform well while it’s on the wall.
The first time I used the dildo, I found the curve to be a little uncomfortable. I felt like the tip was pressing against my G-spot too firmly, and the bulges were a little irritating. I had a hard time focusing on the movement of the inner balls because of it, so I set it aside and decided to try it again another time. The second time I used the dildo, I applied much more lube, and didn’t experience the same discomfort. I lubed up like I normally do the first time, but it just wasn’t enough. When you think you have enough lube, put on a little more, and don’t be afraid to reapply as you go.
The second time (and each time I’ve used it since) was much more enjoyable – when I’m thrusting quick enough to make it count. I don’t often thrust vigorously. I like to use my dildos slowly, as that’s more pleasurable for me. Using the Bouncer in this way, left me wanting. I could certainly feel the balls moving, but it just wasn’t what I had hoped for. My body wanted the toy to move slowly and feel the balls move more aggressively. Naturally, that isn’t how this dildo works, so it took some time to figure out a good rhythm.
This certainly won’t be everyone’s experience, for some reason my body likes to be really picky sometimes. Even with the little issues I have with it, I think it’s a really interested product. It’s different, and that’s saying a lot when it comes to dildos. If you’re tired of the same sensations you receive from the dildos you have now, this is certainly a great product to consider. It’s versatile, quality, and provides extra stimulation without batteries or cords.
